Static lines / skin folds

As we age and lose bone from our facial skeleton and fat volume from our deep and superficial fat pads, we lose the structure and support for the facial skin. Other fat pads can enlarge, and facial skin develops skin folds such as marionette lines and lines and wrinkles around the eyes (crows feet), forehead and glabella.
